Enrolment Process
Catagra Group does not offer automatic enrolment. All applications are reviewed for suitability before a place is offered, and pre-enrolment information is provided to support informed decisions. An invoice is issued only after approval, with payment required prior to commencement. Training begins once the student is admitted and given access to the Student Portal. Your Unique Student Identifier
To enrol in a Catagra Group Training program that contain Units of Competency, you must provide a Unique Student Identifier (USI). This is issued by the Australian Government and creates a secure online record of all your training and qualifications completed in Australia. If you don’t already have a USI, or can’t recall it, you can apply for one or retrieve your existing USI here. Please ensure you have your USI ready prior to enrolling.
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
The purpose of this policy is to ensure that Catagra Group Training Pty Ltd acknowledges and values the skills, knowledge, and experience learners have gained through prior training, work, and life experience. It provides a fair, transparent, and consistent framework for students to have these competencies formally recognised through the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) process.
Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN)
If you have any difficulties with reading or writing, please let us know at enrolment. We can provide support options such as additional assistance from your trainer/assessor (as available) . An online quiz is part of our Enrolment Form to help us identify if you require support.
