At the heart of our accredited training programs is the quality of the people delivering them. Our Head Trainer, Megan Dodd, brings more than 30 years of hands-on experience in cattle reproduction and training, along with a reputation built over decades within the industry.

A 2024 Trainer of the Year Finalist, Megan is widely known and highly regarded not only for the depth of knowledge she brings to every training program, but for the way she develops people. She knows when to challenge a student, when to reassure them and how to build confidence while maintaining the standard expected in the yards.
